The above noted statistical information confirms my prediction three years ago that,

Quote "there will be a substantial price increase in almost all types of Real Estate over the next few years" End of Quote.

The actual increase for single family residential was 10%, 15% and 25% respectively.

My prediction for 2006 is approx. 10% increase.
