Big things are happening in Vernon.

The real estate market is booming with prices going out of sight. Over the last three years in most cases, we have seen a doubling in prices and even more for waterfront properties. It’s hard to believe that we can keep going like this but predictions are that all of Okanagan is quickly becoming the “Vacation Paradise of Canada” as well as the preferred area for baby boomers to retire. Based on this, the Vernon area will continue to be one of the best places to live and invest in real estate.

For myself, because of the hectic market and my commitment to maintain the best service for my clients, I came to the realization that either I had to hire a number of licensed realtors or join with an existing TEAM. After lengthy deliberation, I have chosen the second option and as of May 1st of this year, joined with Don Defeo who has a successful team of 4 licensed realtors and 2 unlicensed assistants. The reason I chose Don was because of his 20 year experience in the real estate business, his work ethic and commitment to customer service. Don is one of the handful of Vernon realtors who were the founding members of Re/Max way back in 1988 and has consistently been a top producer ever since.

I am confident that my association with Don will be of great benefit to all of my clients, specifically at times when I am away (yes, I do plan to take some time off) and too busy to deal with every customer.
