Another year is almost over. It’s hard to believe that I have now lived in Vernon for 10 years. My wife, Britt, and myself thoroughly enjoy living in the North Okanagan. Although we have enjoyed every place we have lived (Sweden, Prince George, Castlegar, White Rock and Vernon) we feel that the Vernon area has the most to offer, such as great climate, excellent skiing in the winter, boating, fishing and golfing in the summer plus numerous other activities throughout the year as well as beautiful scenery with orchards, lakes and mountains.
